We designed this custom home with our clients to create a single floor living setup for them, while working the property's grade to incorporate a fully-finished walkout lower level with two more bedrooms, another family room and gym that efficiently provides the kids their own haven at home. With natural wood and stone materials throughout, this home perfectly blends rustic and luxury aspects resulting in a space that is grand but incredibly warm for their active family.
